Hi, I’m Andrea Tancredi.

I coach business owners and their teams to optimize their businesses and maximize their impact. With 20 + years of experience as an entrepreneur and then as a Senior Business Solutions Consultant at a global commercial insurance firm, I now work with entrepreneurs at the intersection of their passions, talents, and the market. Our work together aligns vision and discipline to bring out the best in their teams.

My clients increase profitability, scalability, and productivity. As an experienced business coach and facilitator, I support my clients as they balance their time between working on their businesses and working hard in their businesses. Collaborating with owners and their executive teams to implement strategic initiatives, we move their businesses forward in the direction right for them.

NERD ALERT: I have a BS in Psychology from the University of Washington, Seattle, graduating with honors as a member of Psi Chi, Golden Key, and Phi Beta Kappa honor societies. My research projects focused on Negotiation Theory and Zoo Animal Behavior, both of which have come in handy as an entrepreneur, business consultant and mother. I married my college sweetheart and together we have raised 3 amazing adults, plus dogs, cats, parrots and assorted livestock. I love to garden, read, travel for fun, family & rugby!
